Our long-term Spanish course offers 20 hours per week, taught by native teachers in a motivating and dynamic environment. From day one, you’ll improve your Spanish communication skills. Classes are available for all levels, from A1 to C1, in the best location—right in the heart of Madrid.

Who is this Spanish Course for?

Designed for students who wish to fully immerse themselves in Spanish language and culture, our intensive long-term course is also ideal for those who need a study visa. Whether you’re taking a gap year, enjoying a university break, or on a professional sabbatical, this program offers the perfect opportunity to boost your Spanish in an international and inspiring environment. The course is open to international students, professionals, and anyone over 16 years old. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or already have previous knowledge—at Inhispania, we offer classes tailored to your level.

Schedule

The program runs Monday to Friday, with a total of 20 hours per week from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The schedule is structured as follows: from 10:00 AM to 1:05 PM, you’ll have the Spanish course in a group of 20 classes, followed by group tutoring for educational support from 1:05 PM to 2:00 PM.

Course Duration

The long-term Spanish course is available in different durations, from 14 to 44 weeks. This course meets the requirements for students who need a student visa.

Price

Prices vary depending on the length of the program:
€2,330 for 14 weeks, €2,650 for 16 weeks, €3,880 for 24 weeks, €4,505 for 28 weeks, €5,740 for 36 weeks, and €7,000 for 44 weeks.
The longer the course, the lower the price per week — starting from €160/week based on a 32-weeks program.

Registration and Start Dates

Enrollments for the long-term Spanish course at Inhispania are open year round. If you already have previous knowledge of Spanish, you can start any Monday. For absolute beginners, we offer new intakes at least two Mondays per month. Check the calendar and choose the date that best fits your plans.

Certifications

This program, offered by an Instituto Cervantes Accredited Center, includes a Certificate of Attendance and Achievement, which meets the requirements for a study visa, as long as you attend at least 80% of the course. You can also choose to officially validate your Spanish level by taking a SIELE exam—which may be required for some academic or administrative procedures—or by preparing for the DELE exams, both of which are internationally recognized certifications.

Our long-term courses, in small groups of up to 9 participants, are designed for you to communicate effectively from day one. The methodology is based on interactive classes that encourage communication, allowing you to interact with native speakers in various situations. You will improve all your Spanish skills: listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension, and writing, through motivating and fun activities.

We have native teachers passionate about teaching Spanish, who use materials that follow the latest trends in language teaching. Thanks to these interactive dynamics, you will acquire grammar and vocabulary naturally in a linguistic immersion environment.

Personal Tutor

When you enroll in a long-term Spanish course at Inhispania, you will receive the attention of a dedicated personal tutor who will monitor your progress individually. This tutor will communicate regularly with all your teachers to ensure effective coordination and will schedule meetings with you every month to address any difficulties and optimize your results. This exclusive personal tutoring service is offered completely free of charge to all students participating in our long-term courses, thus ensuring a more effective and enriching learning experience.

Materials

From level A1 to level B2 we work with the Aula Plus , and for level C1 with C de C1 textbooks, published by Difusión. Throughout your course, you’ll be able to access these books via our lending system at the school.

In addition, as part of your registration fee, you’ll receive a copy of our Gramática de uso del español corresponding to your starting level. This resource includes concise grammar explanations, more than 450 practice exercises, and full answer keys to support your learning.

In addition to Spanish classes, we offer sociocultural activities every week that will allow you to discover Madrid and immerse yourself in Spanish culture. These activities are optional and are included in the registration fee, although you will only need to cover transportation costs, consumptions, and entrance fees. It’s an ideal opportunity to make new friends and practice Spanish in real situations, enriching your learning experience.

There is a registration fee of €55 (only applied on your first registration at the school) that covers the entry-level workbook, additional materials, certificate of attendance, particiation in activities, and personalized assistance.

Progress in Spanish Levels with Inhispania

At Inhispania, each sublevel (A1.1, A1.2, etc.) corresponds to 1 week of intensive course, allowing you to progress in a fast, structured, and effective way.

Beginner Levels

Level A1: 5 weeks (A1.1 to A1.5)
Level A2: 4 weeks (A2.1 to A2.4)

Intermediate Levels

Level B1: 8 weeks (B1.1 to B1.8)

📚 To accompany you in your learning week by week, your program integrates group academic support tutorials from Monday to Friday, from 13:05 to 14:00, where you can resolve doubts, reinforce content, or prepare for your progression to the next sublevel.

Answer: Yes, you can take up to 20% of the total course weeks as vacation. For example, if you enroll in a 30-week course, you can enjoy up to 6 weeks of vacation. These weeks can be used to rest or travel around Spain or other Schengen countries. They will be added to the end of your course.

Question 4: Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course? Is there an official exam?

Answer: Yes, at the end of your course, you will receive a certificate of attendance and achievement, which you can use to extend your student visa or apply for a master’s degree or scholarship. To obtain this certificate, 80% attendance of the course is mandatory. If you want to have an official title certifying your Spanish level, you can also optionally take the SIELE test at our center.
